Our Story
In 2018, a discussion about the need for quality design and development of physical space in Dawson City resulted in the creation of Yukon Spaces.
With the development and delivery of our first project, Dawson Lodge, we were given the encouragement to dream. With a few years of process and market testing, we dared to dream bigger... our projects include the most northerly day spa in Canada, flexible accommodation for tourists and longer term visitors to Dawson City, housing and community infrastructure projects.
